  • More than 48 hours notice: 100% refund (minus any third-party payment processing fees).
  • Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% refund to cover pre-arranged logistics and team time.
  • Less than 24 hours notice or "No Show": No refund, as all resources are already committed.
2. Date Changes (Flexibility First)

We offer a complimentary date change if requested at least 24 hours prior to the tour. Subject to availability and valid for up to 6 months.

3. Weather & Force Majeure Policy

Our tours operate under normal tropical conditions (including light rain). In the event of extreme weather warnings or safety alerts, we provide immediate rescheduling or a credit voucher for future use.

Pickup & Accessibility

Pickup service included: We offer a hotel pickup service in Guayaquil and Samborondón. The meeting point is the hotel lobby. We also offer a pickup service from Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport.

Accessibility:
