3. Weather & Force Majeure PolicyOur tours operate under normal tropical conditions (including light rain). In the event of extreme weather warnings or safety alerts, we provide immediate rescheduling or a credit voucher for future use.
Pickup service included: We offer a hotel pickup service in Guayaquil and Samborondón. The meeting point is the hotel lobby. We also offer a pickup service from Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport.
